Eggcercise Privacy Policy

Eggcercise is a playful fitness application operated by Creashell LLC (“Creashell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how Eggcercise accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app on supported mobile devices.

Information Eggcercise accesses

Activity and fitness data

With your permission, Eggcercise may access activity and fitness information made available by your device or operating system, such as:

• Step count

• Walking activity

• Daily activity totals

• Related motion or fitness information required to operate the app

Depending on your device, this information may be provided through Apple Motion & Fitness, Apple Health, Android device sensors, Health Connect, Google Fit, or similar platform services.

Eggcercise uses this information to:

• Calculate eggs burned

• Show progress toward your next egg

• Display daily and weekly activity summaries

• Provide your Eggstory history and insights

• Operate and improve fitness-related app features

Apple and Android platforms require apps to request permission before accessing protected motion, health, or fitness information. Apple Developer

Information stored on your device

Some Eggcercise information, including activity calculations, preferences, and progress history, may be stored locally on your device.

Deleting Eggcercise may remove information stored locally by the app. It may not delete activity or fitness information separately maintained by Apple, Google, your device manufacturer, Health Connect, Apple Health, or another platform service.

Information we currently collect

Eggcercise does not currently require an account.

Unless otherwise disclosed in the app or this Privacy Policy, we do not currently collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• Your precise location

• Your contacts

• Your photos or videos

• Payment-card information

• Your complete fitness history on Creashell servers

We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and diagnostic information

Eggcercise may in the future use privacy-conscious analytics or diagnostic services to understand how the app performs and improve the user experience.

Such services may process information such as:

• App interactions and feature usage

• App version

• Device type and operating-system version

• Crash reports

• Performance and diagnostic information

• General usage statistics

• A randomly generated or platform-provided app identifier

We will update this Privacy Policy and the applicable App Store or Google Play disclosures before introducing analytics that materially changes how user information is collected or used.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Eggcercise will not use step-count or fitness information for targeted advertising.

Advertising

Eggcercise does not currently display third-party advertising.

If advertising is introduced in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or consent choices required by applicable law and platform policy.

We do not currently use fitness information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to data brokers.

How information may be used

Information accessed or collected by Eggcercise may be used to:

• Provide and operate the app

• Calculate and display fitness progress

• Save app preferences

• Diagnose technical problems

• Improve app performance and usability

• Protect against fraud, misuse, or security threats

• Respond to support requests

• Comply with legal obligations

How information may be shared

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate, analyze, maintain, or secure Eggcercise. These providers may only use information for the services they provide to us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

Examples may include providers of:

• App analytics

• Crash reporting

• Cloud hosting

• Customer support

• Security and fraud prevention

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law or valid legal process

• Protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Creashell, or others

• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents

• Complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate privacy protections

Health and fitness information

Health, motion, and fitness information can be sensitive.

Eggcercise only seeks access to information reasonably necessary to provide its advertised features. We do not use health or fitness information for targeted advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Apple specifically treats health and fitness information as sensitive, and Google requires sensitive permissions and APIs to be limited to necessary, user-consented purposes. Apple Developer

Your choices and controls

You can grant, deny, or revoke Eggcercise’s access to motion, activity, or fitness information through your device settings.

On Apple devices, these controls may appear under:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness

or within Apple Health permissions.

On Android devices, these controls may appear under:

Settings → Apps → Eggcercise → Permissions

or within Health Connect, Google Fit, or your device’s health settings.

If you revoke access, some Eggcercise features may no longer work.

You may also delete locally stored Eggcercise information by deleting the app from your device.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Eggcercise, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

Information stored only on your device generally remains there until you delete the app, clear its data, or use an available in-app deletion control.

Analytics or diagnostic providers, if introduced, may retain information according to their own configured retention periods and contractual obligations.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information associated with Eggcercise.

However, no application, device, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The FTC recommends that fitness and health apps clearly explain what they collect and use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of that information. Federal Trade Commission

Children’s privacy

Eggcercise is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International users

Eggcercise is operated from the United States.

If you use Eggcercise from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Eggcercise evolves.

When we make changes, we will revise the effective date above. If a change materially affects how personal information is collected, used, or shared, we may provide additional notice through the app or another appropriate method.
